All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure that all pricing information on our website is accurate. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing and to update prices at any time. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.

4. Shipping

We make every effort to deliver your order promptly. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. Orders are printed and shipped by Printful, our production partner. 4.1 Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by The Petite Shop. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs authorities.

If a shipment is refused or unclaimed and returned to the fulfillment facility, reshipping costs will be at the customer's expense.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns only if the product is defective or if an error was made on our part (wrong size, incorrect design). Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.

To request a return, email info@thepetite.shop within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide return instructions. Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Note: Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for other reasons. EU customers have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery; please contact us if you wish to exercise this right.

In no event shall The Petite Shop be liable for any claims or damages exceeding the amount you paid to The Petite Shop for the product in question.
